Coffee Perfection

Last week I entered a give-away from Belfast Coffee Co. on Twitter to win one of their pouches of ground coffee. I was sooo chuffed when I was announced as one of the winners as I have a wee addiction to coffee (  I just love the stuff) plus they are a local company and I am all for supporting any local buisness . I had seen these guys on twitter and Instagram and had full intentions of purchasing their coffee anyway and after trying it out I am 100% going to be their number 1 customer.  OMG this has the best flavour I have ever tasted!!!

I received the Ethiopian Sidamo Hawassa , this coffee is picked at the Hawassa municipality in the Sidamo region, fully washed and given a high acidity body, then carefully hand roasted at their local roastery , it is so full of flavour and has an almost citrus taste to it ,soo delicious!

My coffee came packaged in a little brown baggy, wrapped in a brightly coloured paper sleeve with the company logo proudly displayed on the front, as well as the exact date that the coffee was roasted and the best before date. This company certainly knows how to provide perfect attention to detail from the flavour to the packaging, I cannot fault this product in any way at all.

If you wanted to try a little something extra you could add a little flavoured syrup, my favourite at the minute is one from Asda, its only £2.99 so doesn't cost an arm and a leg, I buy the vanilla, a little sweet for some but I just love it.

The coffee retails at £6.49, I have been using mine with my coffee filter and have barely got half way through the baggy yet, and considering I drink alot of coffee this is such a fantastic price to pay, and the fact its local produce is a huge bonus. oh and "BRUCEY BONUS" they mail the coffee straight to your door (£2.99 p+p) , I mean come on, who needs to go to Starbucks or any other big coffee shops for that matter when you get service like that eh , and considering they are a new brand there customer service is second to none  !!!! The whole aim of this company is to help promote the "Third Wave" coffee movement in Northern Ireland through their coffee and social media (links below). They are hoping to bring the Northern Ireland roasters+brewers together to make this a wee centre for coffee around the world, how cool is that! so keep an eye on their social media for upcoming events and announcements, give them a wee like/follow and show them your support for home produce.

You can find these guys on Twitter Instagram Facebook Google+ or of course pay a wee visit to their website here and have a wee look around at all the fab products they sell (NOT JUST COFFEE)

I hope you all have a fab evening, for now its love, hugs and kisses from
