The perfect makeup for New Years eve.

Hi Everyone
With New Years Eve being just a day away I thought  I would share with you 4 of my favourite party looks to see in the new year. Of course with it being New Years eve there is going to be loads of shimmer and glitter, but if your not into using alot of glitter I will also show you guys a few alternatives.

first up is a glitter smokey eye using purple/berry tones, my eyes are brown so I find that purple shades really make them stand out, but of course you can add the colours that suit your own eye colour. I have added individual lashes and some gel liner to finish the look. On my lips I have used a matte lipstick from sleek in the shade fandango.

Next is this ultra black smokey eye, this is one of my favourite night time looks, its so glam and super sultry, perfect for the party season, Here I have used peach tones to blend out the harsh edges of the black to soften the look and have added a pop of gold shimmer onto the tear duct for an extra little bit of sparkle, ( it is New Years Eve after all.)
With this eye make-up being so dark I have chosen not to add black winged liner, instead I have popped black eyeliner pencil onto the water liner and blended this onto the lower lash line, To finish  I added a few individual lashes and a tiny coat of mascara. On the lips is have model co in the smitten.

My Next look is this shimmer spotlight eye. Here I have used brown tones as transition shades, added darker tones of brown to define the crease then added this stunning pink/gold shimmer shadow from makeup revolution's naked underneath palette onto the centre of the upper and lower lid only to give this spotlight effect, again I finished off this look with some gel liner from benefit and a few individual lashes. On my lips I have Stila in the shade Anna.

Last but not least its This show stopper, this is a glitter cut crease using the same pigment from the first look only I have applied it with some lash glue to keep in place and to give it an ultra pigmented look, I have darkend the crease with a black shadow and blended it out to soften the look. I used eyeko fat liner in black to create a gorgeous winged liner then added false lashes and a coat of mascara to make this look extra glam!! on my lips I have Face of Austraila in the shade Urban Spice

Christmas Markets in Derry

Hi Everyone, with Christmas only 6 days away I thought there was no better way to get into the Christmas spirit than spending the day in town at the ever popular Christmas Markets. This year the  markets were dotted all about the city centre from the Guildhall Square to Bishops Gate , there was a little something for everyone, young and old.
I took my time and spent a little while at each one , I got to meet a few characters along the way.

My first stop was at The Guildhall Square, Here there were Gorgeous little log cabins lined along the Derry wall , offering an array of beautifully handmade gifts and treats, There was also the very popular hotfood stand, which I had to sample of course.... I chose the steak burger which I enjoyed while listening to the Amazing Choir who sung Festive Tunes to the busy shoppers from the steps of the Guildhall itself.

Next I went to The Craft Village which is based on ShipQuay Street of the City, This is where I got the most Festive feeling, from the moment I entered the Village until I left , every corner I turned there were Christmas trees, twinkling lights, choirs and happy, friendly shoppers who had all stopped in for a wee festive tipple .

My next stop took me to Bishops Gate, here I was met with 2 huge marquee's. Inside where tables dressed with numerous home-made and hand-made gift, home decor and more, although one table in particular stood out to me , it was the URBAN VILLAGE one, here the guys had a giant cardboard christmas tree set up beside them, on it there were endless post it notes, with different captions written on them, when i asked the guys what it was about they had said they asked what 3 things would help foster a positive community identity, then each person scribbled down what they thought and had posted it on the tree. They have set up a number of workshops around the city starting from January 2016 finishing in march 2016. venues are yet to be confirmed but be sure to check them out.

My Last stop I happened to find by chance as I was on my way to the car as I hadn't known there were going to be any stalls there this year and upon speaking to a few of the stall holders they had said also that they handn't seen many visitors through-out the day.
These stalls were all adourned with home-made food items, baby knits and home decor, one stall had a very lovely lady who stopped to have a chat with me who had told me that she makes the very best whiskey marmalade in town... while another lovely lady who owns granny pats knits had shown me a beautifully hand painted flower pot that her daughter had gotten especially made for her as a present , to use for her stall.

Guys these markets are only here for a limitied number of days this year, 20th December being their last day, so please be sure and check them out.
I hope you enjoy having a sneak peak before you go, I had a great day and truely hope you do aswell, for now though its Love, Hugs and kisses from

How Derry Does Halloween.

Every Year My wee home-town Derry put on a spectacular parade and fireworks display to celebrate the Halloween festivities, this year they definitely surpassed all of my expectations and then some !

Each year Derry draws in Thousands of visitors during this final week in October , But this year was something else, We were proudly voted as the number 1 Halloween Destination IN THE WORLD! So as predicted crowds of up to 50,000 gathered to watch this years "Rise Of The River Gods" themed Parade which had no less than 600 costumed performers, musicians, dancers and more, My kiddies favourite though I have to say was when the giant Dinosaur puppets tried to attack me while taking pictures (hehe) all caught on video too.
Below is some of the pictures that I captured during the Parade.

As you guys can see the standards of the floats this year was exceptional, the little performers danced their wee feet off and the music kept us all entertained along the way, I want to applaud the organisers, designers and everyone who got involved this year as you were all spectacular.

The Parade has always been my Favourite part of Halloween , but for my children it has to be the Fireworks display, It just wouldn't be the same for us without them, although this year I spent more time watching them than taking pictures of them as they definitely went the extra mile with the display, But here are the photos that I managed to capture.

I really hope you all love having a wee look through , but for now its love, hugs and kisses from

Autumn Fashion the Little Painted Way

As October kicks off with some fantastic weather ,I thought there is no better time to share some of my favourite Fashion Pieces with you all, and of course ever the bargain hunter, most of my items are from High street retailers or on-line boutiques, All of which are super affordable.

One celebrity I have become so obsessed with at the minute is the gorgeous Kylie Jenner, should it be on her snapchat, Instagram or Tumblr the girl always looks drop dead gorgeous , with an array of on trend outfits to match! But a few of my favourites that I have seen her in at present is the stunning Tan Seudette Asymetric dress and another is a Tan Seude Jacket. Both being paired with perfectly matching accessories of course. But unfortunately we all can't afford to go all High End and designer when it comes to our clothes, so I have sought out some "steal her style" options, just for you .

Another style I have fallen for this season is Tartan, I don't know what it is about it, Maybe the fact my Daddy grew up in Scotland and i'm showing my true colours , or maybe that it is just sooo gorgeous and super easy to wear, either dressed up or ultra casual. Personally tho I think no one wears it better than the Beautiful Emma Watson. Here she's wearing the stunning McQ Alexander McQueen Tartan Wool Puffball Mini Dress which would set you back a whopping £470.00. Instead I have chosen a super affordable option that looks just as good.

The next, I have to say is one my all time favourites, Burgandy/Berry shades are key at the moment , its a colour I always choose to fall back on , that's when im not wearing my usual Black (boring, I know) but Burgandy is a shade that will go with almost everything, should you choose to wear head to toe Berry tones is entirely up to you, but here Mollie King oozes sex appeal with this slinky leather skirt and pattern jumper, teamed up with  some super cute black ankle boots and a matching berry lipshade this just screams Autumn to me. I paired my look with a plain roll neck jumper for that added extra Autumn/winter feel.

Lastly I come to over the knee or knee high boots, Unfortunately being only 5ft I can't get away with this look as-well as others could, I just look like a wee child wearing my mums shoes again (hehe). But if I had to choose one celebrity who I think wears the look to perfection it has to be the Stunning Miranda Kerr . This just looks so sophisticated and super elegant.

I hope you all enjoyed my little fashion post and also hope you all have a fantastic start to October, but for now its Love hugs and kisses from
