Waxperts Wonder Pads

Hi guys
It seems like a lifetime since I purchased the Waxperts wonderpads, and by god am I glad I did. I had heard so many rave reviews from other beauty bloggers that I just had to give them a go for myself, my main reason for wanting to try these wee miracle workers is that I suffer quite badly from Keratosis pilaris , mainly on my upper arms and my legs. through-out the years I have tried numerous Products from other companies and all the tips and tricks of the trade, I was seriously starting to consider microdermabrasion or even a Chemical peel . (I know drastic , right?) But I hated the apperance of it soooo much, and I felt like I was being left with no alternative, that is until I heard about Waxperts wonder pads!
This award- winning beauty must have contains Salicylic acid, which I believe is thee perfect ingredient to help soothe Keratosis Pilarsis, skin break-outs and even in-grown hairs.
These are little circle ,textured pads  (as seen below) that have the ingredients already applied, they are also gentle enough for daily use, although cannot be used on damaged or broken skin. and a  huge little warning is they are not suitable for use while pregnant.
I have been using this product now for over 1 month and honestly I can see a massive change in the appearance of my skin, it is no where near as red as it usually is and even the texture of the raised bumps has visibly reduced , I have also on numerous occasions used these while I have had breakouts and I have to say they really worked a treat at reducing the redness and appearance of my pimples .
I am just soooo pleased with this product and I know that it will be a daily staple in my Beauty regime for many many years to come.

You can have a look at the other amazing products that waxperts sell on their website right here

You can also catch up on all their latest product news on their facebook , Twitter  and Instagram or even follow the gorgeous owner and creator Ellen on her snapchat @waxpertsellen .

I hope you all love the product as much as I do. For now its love, hugs and kisses from
*DISCLAIMER I have not been paid for this review in any way, this is all my own opinion.

The perfect makeup for New Years eve.

Hi Everyone
With New Years Eve being just a day away I thought  I would share with you 4 of my favourite party looks to see in the new year. Of course with it being New Years eve there is going to be loads of shimmer and glitter, but if your not into using alot of glitter I will also show you guys a few alternatives.

first up is a glitter smokey eye using purple/berry tones, my eyes are brown so I find that purple shades really make them stand out, but of course you can add the colours that suit your own eye colour. I have added individual lashes and some gel liner to finish the look. On my lips I have used a matte lipstick from sleek in the shade fandango.

Next is this ultra black smokey eye, this is one of my favourite night time looks, its so glam and super sultry, perfect for the party season, Here I have used peach tones to blend out the harsh edges of the black to soften the look and have added a pop of gold shimmer onto the tear duct for an extra little bit of sparkle, ( it is New Years Eve after all.)
With this eye make-up being so dark I have chosen not to add black winged liner, instead I have popped black eyeliner pencil onto the water liner and blended this onto the lower lash line, To finish  I added a few individual lashes and a tiny coat of mascara. On the lips is have model co in the smitten.

My Next look is this shimmer spotlight eye. Here I have used brown tones as transition shades, added darker tones of brown to define the crease then added this stunning pink/gold shimmer shadow from makeup revolution's naked underneath palette onto the centre of the upper and lower lid only to give this spotlight effect, again I finished off this look with some gel liner from benefit and a few individual lashes. On my lips I have Stila in the shade Anna.

Last but not least its This show stopper, this is a glitter cut crease using the same pigment from the first look only I have applied it with some lash glue to keep in place and to give it an ultra pigmented look, I have darkend the crease with a black shadow and blended it out to soften the look. I used eyeko fat liner in black to create a gorgeous winged liner then added false lashes and a coat of mascara to make this look extra glam!! on my lips I have Face of Austraila in the shade Urban Spice

Product list:

*Primer: Nivea mens aftershave balm

It's all Hippening

A few months back I pre-ordered a Ban.do Agenda/Diary from Hippenings, which is an on-line shop that sell all kinds of Awesome party swag, original and alternative wedding decorations, wedding favors, and of course Amaze-balls paper goods, gifts, party headgear and tonnes more, all run at the helm by the stunning Laura Cunningham (@cunninghamlaura) . I  know I may sound a bit crazy to some of you , but this Agenda is thee best thing I have ever set my beady eyes on ,to any-one out there who has got their hands on one of these , You will know exactly what I am talking about.
From cover to cover this Agenda is filled with stunning artistry, cute little compliments, fun stickers and then some!!

I ordered the Ringleader 17month Agenda, but it also comes in the Florabunda style as-well, which is just as beautiful and also has an identical interior. these Amazing little pieces of heaven retail for 27.50 euro from Hippenings

There is not one page inside this Agenda/Diary that I dislike,  I bought this for the purpose of my wedding planning but I have yet to set pen to paper as I don't want to spoil it in anyway ( tiny bit crazy).
I love the silly little compliments dotted about here and there aswell as the inspirational words of encouragement on the monthly starter pages.

One of the most awesome parts of the ringleader is the cute secret code
at the very front of the Agenda ,The little secret pocket at the very back and the hilarious "hair washing decision page" is also up there with one of my fav things about this Diary.

Included amongst these fine pages is a list of all the fab artists that have designed each monthly header along with each one of their social media handles, be sure to check them all out.

The fact that it came with a hand written thank you note from Laura herself really gives this purchase the perfect finishing touch and makes it that bit more personal.
I don't want to spoil too much for those yet to purchase, so I won't share too much.

If you guys haven't checked Hippenings out yet, Firstly where have you been?,  and secondly please do, I am sure you will be just as hooked as I am with everything on this site.
I hope you all are having a fantastic day, but for now its love, hugs and kisses from

Hi Lovlies, A few months back I was contacted by the company Prairie Charms through Twitter and asked to take part in their blogger event where they would send us me out one of their fab pizzazz boxes (which has a different theme each time) filled with goodies for me to share will all of you guys , my god I am so happy that they did, this fab little box is filled with almost £100 worth of items , each one as gorgeous as the next. This time the theme is Luau Party, just think Hawaiian beach party/floral/girly.
Before I show it all off to you guys let me tell you all a little bit more about this amazing company.
Prairie Charms are an accessories boutique, each one of their quirky and whimsical items are handmade to suit each and every customer, they sell an eccletic range of floral and girly pieces, they also constantly add new and unique items thus keeping there range exciting and up to date. The most amazing part is that 10% of all of their profits are donated to the Great Ormand Street Children's Hospital charity as well as the Kiss It Better Campaign, which provides funding to pioneering , world class treatment for complex medical conditions including paedatric cancers. Amazing to say the least.
check out their websites below for further information on howto purchase your very own Prairie Charms goodies.

TWITTER  http://twitter.com/prairie_charms
INSTAGRAM http://instagram.com/prairiecharms
STORE http://prairiecharms.storeenvy.com

The items arrived in a super cute little pizza box shape parcel and inside the products were delicately wrapped in baby pink tissue paper and sealed with one of the company's logo stickers. such a lovely touch.

when I opened my parcel I was blown away with the number of stunning bespoke pieces that was inside, I didn't know which one to open first, it was like Christmas had come early.

The first two items were little cards, one had all of the blogger's information that were associated with this event, the other was an information card with each items name and price .

The next was a little package from Sweet As Honey Studio, its sweetly named ''make a mess confetti'' these retail for £3.95. This is a little balloon with a parcel of confetti that you can insert inside the balloon to make your very own little ''mess'' perfect for any party.

These are the Caterina 'no snag' knot ties, these retail for £7.00, personally I will be wearing these as little wrist ties as I  think they are wayyyy to pretty to hid away in my hair, but this is my  personal preference only.

Then I got the Acadia Tropical Punch Drink Set, which was a set of 4 bamboo effect straws and a sachet of cool aid fruit punch, I thought this was such a fun little idea, my kiddies just loved the straws, this set retails for £5.00

Next was the Hand Bow Tie Scrunchie, these gorgeous little pieces are made up of Prairie Charms very own hand printed fabric and come in an array of designs and colours, I loved the flamingo design on mine as it played on the Luau Party theme perfectly. these retail for £7.50

Next was one of my favourites, I love all kinds of jewellery, but anklets anklets are one of my favourites and this piece just suited me perfectly, its the Paloma Vintage Bead Drop Anklet, it retails for £12.00, This company can tailor your items to your taste as they have done with my mine.

These were my daughters favourites, she is such a girly girl and she is soo obsessed with mermaids and all things that sparkle, so these just had her name written all over it, she cannot wait to try the glitter out on her nails, and of course mine. The Dakota Custom Nail Glitter retails for £6.50 and the Faryn Hair Grips retails for £5.00

This next one I'm sure everyone will love, it is the Una Coconut S'more snack pack, after all who doesn't like chocolate, especially when it comes in a wee ''make your own'' pack, who can resist. These retails for £3.50, I thought these would make a great wee added extra for kids sleepovers as a little treat.

These last two I just had to save to last, I cannot put into words just how stunning these are, The purple rope necklace was a gift from the company for a little postage error so i am unsure of retail price for that , can i just say that that was just thee nicest jesture I have ever had from any comany ever!! They even placed a hand written note inside the parcel. The other item, well what can I say, what an absolutely stunning piece of craftmanship, this one of a kind, Eda Bespoke Floral Lei retails for £50.00 and im sure you will all agree it is worth ever penny, the purple flowers are such a stunning shade,  what a beauty!

I am super excited to test out each and every one of these items in more detail over the next few weeks , I will be sharing it all over on my instagram, so be sure you can check it out here, and if your not already then give me a wee follow. I cant wait to purchase more items from Prairie Charms and I hope that after seeing these fantastic products that you head on over an purchase a few too. I hope you all have a fab evening, but for now its love , hugs and kisses from

Coffee Perfection

Last week I entered a give-away from Belfast Coffee Co. on Twitter to win one of their pouches of ground coffee. I was sooo chuffed when I was announced as one of the winners as I have a wee addiction to coffee (  I just love the stuff) plus they are a local company and I am all for supporting any local buisness . I had seen these guys on twitter and Instagram and had full intentions of purchasing their coffee anyway and after trying it out I am 100% going to be their number 1 customer.  OMG this has the best flavour I have ever tasted!!!

I received the Ethiopian Sidamo Hawassa , this coffee is picked at the Hawassa municipality in the Sidamo region, fully washed and given a high acidity body, then carefully hand roasted at their local roastery , it is so full of flavour and has an almost citrus taste to it ,soo delicious!

My coffee came packaged in a little brown baggy, wrapped in a brightly coloured paper sleeve with the company logo proudly displayed on the front, as well as the exact date that the coffee was roasted and the best before date. This company certainly knows how to provide perfect attention to detail from the flavour to the packaging, I cannot fault this product in any way at all.

If you wanted to try a little something extra you could add a little flavoured syrup, my favourite at the minute is one from Asda, its only £2.99 so doesn't cost an arm and a leg, I buy the vanilla, a little sweet for some but I just love it.

The coffee retails at £6.49, I have been using mine with my coffee filter and have barely got half way through the baggy yet, and considering I drink alot of coffee this is such a fantastic price to pay, and the fact its local produce is a huge bonus. oh and "BRUCEY BONUS" they mail the coffee straight to your door (£2.99 p+p) , I mean come on, who needs to go to Starbucks or any other big coffee shops for that matter when you get service like that eh , and considering they are a new brand there customer service is second to none  !!!! The whole aim of this company is to help promote the "Third Wave" coffee movement in Northern Ireland through their coffee and social media (links below). They are hoping to bring the Northern Ireland roasters+brewers together to make this a wee centre for coffee around the world, how cool is that! so keep an eye on their social media for upcoming events and announcements, give them a wee like/follow and show them your support for home produce.

You can find these guys on Twitter Instagram Facebook Google+ or of course pay a wee visit to their website here and have a wee look around at all the fab products they sell (NOT JUST COFFEE)

I hope you all have a fab evening, for now its love, hugs and kisses from

I have become absolutely make-up obsessed lately, I can spend hours watching make-up tutorials on Youtube, ohh and thats when I should be asleep might I add lol, I follow a huge number of  MUA's religiousy but  when I came across a little gem like this lady on Instagram then it felt like Christmas had come early. I have never seen talent like it in my entire life!! , I can promise you guys that this little beauty is going to become huge in the make-up industry, without any shadow of doubt.
I couldn't pass up the opportunity to get to know Caoimhe a bit better so I set up a little interview with her,  she was sooo sweet and kindly agree. I will add our wee interview below for you all to read, as-well as a few pictures of her work, I really struggled to choose which ones to add as they are all so gorgeous! And of course I didn't want to add all of her work to spoil it for you all, so you guys will have to go check this wee beauty out for yourselves.

Im sure you will all agree that Caoimhe's work is stunning, I can definately see her work adorn the front cover of fashion magazines in the near future, if not sooner!! remember folks you heard it here first hahahah.

1. Firstly for those that dont know you yet ,What.s your name ,where are you from, and what age are you? My name is Caoimhe Kelly , I'm from Northern Ireland and I am 16 years old!

2.What age did you first take an interest in make-up and why? I have always had a keen interest in art as a child. My mum would always give me her almost empty make-up bottles and packaging and I would constantly be trying them out. I was just so mesmerised by the different colours. In my early teens I started to get terrible acne so I would always be researching new ways to cover my skin up.  I believe with that then came the recognition that make-up was amazing.

3. Where did you learn to do makeup?   YouTube tutorials and Trail and error! Practice makes perfect.

4. If you could only use 3 makeup products for the rest of your days , what would they be and why? Recently I've been obsessed with the Anastasia shadow couture palette. It's honestly just the most perfect palette I've used. Second would most probably be the Anastasia dipbrow pomade. My eyebrows have evolved seriously ever since I've bought it! And lastly it would have to be loreal true match foundation. I honestly use it on almost all my clients and they're obsessed with the finish it gives!

5.Did you find it hard when first starting out on social media to try gathering followers/likes etc. I found it really hard at the beginning. I realised that you need to engage with your followers. It was a real learning curve at the start. I practiced constantly trying to get the right picture and finding the perfect technique.

6.Which social media sites are you on?
 I'm on Instagram- http://instagram.com/cakefacecaoimhe ,

7.Which MUA inspires you the most with their work and who would you love to do a collaboration with ? I've so many! http://instagram.com/ssssamanthaa Samantha from Batalash would definitely have to be on the top of my list. I'm also obsessed with nikkietutorials http://instagram.com/nikkietutorials I've learned so much from her over the years!

8. For anyone that is looking to work as a makeup artist and is only starting out what advice would you give them  that you wish someone had of gave to you.? I'd say to be prepared for hate and jealousy. I've gotten so many negative comments that really took a blow to my confidence at the start but I've learned to realise that the ratio of negative to positive comments are not even comparable. Make-
up artistry can be a very jealous industry.

9 . Which makeup look is your all time "go to" look and which products do you use to achieve it?. Pink Champagne eyeshadow by ABH is amazing with warm toned eyeshadow and YSL number 10 lipstick!

10.  Where do you hope to be 10 years from now? I hope to be possibly working in film make-up and special effects type make-up. I also just hope to be happy and be able to say I'm pleased with what I've done so far in my life.
12.Would you ever consider running a makeup  master class in the near future? I would absolutely love to do makeup classes! I'm quite an introverted person so It would be a bit of a challenge.

13. If you could advise people reading this of 3 people to follow on social media who would they be, and why ? I would have to say @batalash , @nikkietutorials and @littlepaintedlady (if you haven't already!)

I hope you all loved getting to know Caoimhe as much as I did , I know we will be seeing loads more of her in the future, but for now my lovlies its loves, hugs and kisses from Little Painted Me xxx ooo

I confess........I LOVE Propercorn

Hi lovlies
This week i received thee best package ever in the post, this little beauty...
Having joined Propercorn on periscope a few weeks back I thought I would be cheeky and ask a few team members if it would be possible to review some of their fab popcorn product, and can i just add what a stunning team they have in Propercorn headquarters and Luckily for me they kindly agreed to send me a little package.
I was super shocked when the parcel arrived just to see the array of flavours that they had sent! and not to mention the super cute note that Rebecca had sent with it,just a beautiful personal touch.
I mean omg whoever thought of these flavours can i just say that YOUR A GENIUS!!

I just love the packaging aswell, such vibrant colours ! I have to say though my favourite flavour has to be the coconut and vanilla, slightly obsessed with coconut flavours and scents anyway but jesus these just taste like heaven, the little bonus for me is that they are low in calories too, how fab is that!! My kiddies on the other hand lovvvvveeeee the sweet and salty, they even added that they taste much better than cinema popcorn (hahaha) thats an amazing compliment believe me .

Tag your it.... Blogger interview tag

Being a new blogger in town isn't always easy so when i saw a little post on Twitter from Emily looking for bloggers to be involved in her "tag your it" blog post i jumped at the chance as it will let you all get to know me a bit better.
Before I get started I was tagged by Emily and here is her blog http://www.floraalemily.blogspot.co.uk/

1.How did you get into blogging?
I have been interested in blogging for a long time, being a mummy of 4 reading other ladies/gents blogs used to be like my little way to escape from the mayhem (hehe)  but the more I followed these bloggers the more I realised hey this is something that i really wanted to do myself, so having a passion for beauty and cooking/baking I thought I would base my blog on those as these are the  things I trained for in college when I left school, but becoming a parent at only 18 meant I had to let it take a back seat for a while. So what better way to share my love than through my very own blog.

What advice would you give to beginner bloggers?
well considering im only new myself the best advice i could pass on is do what YOU want to do, find your neich then it will all come naturally to you when it comes to blogging about it. Also be patient, i found myself constantly checking how many followers i had on social media and how many hits my blog was getting, if your doing your best then the followers will find you and more importantly keep coming back each time you post.

What would be your dream campaign?
Im a huge fan of Marissa carter and her cocoa brown brand i follow her on twitter and snapchat, if.your not already following her then you are missing out, this lady is stunning and has a voice that would melt you.
Im already obsessed with all of the cocoa brown range but to be involved in a campaign for this would be a dream come true.

Do you have a plan for your blog?
The only plan I have for my blog is that it becomes a success and that it inspires others to start up one of their own.
i really hope you all enjoyed reading this tag interview and i hope you all have a fab day, but for now its love, hugs and kisses from LittlePainted me xxx
below are the blogs i now tag 😆😆😆
